We were delighted to welcome the Metropolitan Mayor of Waterford, Cllr Seán Reinhardt, to our school on Thursday 26th October. He spoke to the children about the importance of the environment, and what we can do to prevent litter. We sang one of our favourite environmental songs for him, “Milk bottle tops and paper bags”. Several children who had full attendance last year were presented with certificates. We are very proud of them all.
